My thoughts and prayers are with all of Dottie's family and friends. Dottie was my mother's first cousin. My mother was Dotty Landry Temple, daughter of Ella Landry Poulin.
I have heard the name "Dottie Trottier" several times from my mom growing up, all with such love and affection. I have been working on my ancestry since 2009 and have met some of our family in Nova Scotia, Nana Alice Landry's family. I have been to Nova Scotia 3 times now and they are all such beautiful people. I recently got a hint on ancestry about the obituary for Dottie Trottier and my heart sank. I was in touch with Carl (Tookie) through e mail for a while and was devastated when I learned of his passing. Nana always talked about her Tookie.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
