WORCESTER – William Edward Dauksz, 79, of Worcester, died Sunday, January 18, 2026 at UMass Memorial – University Campus.

He leaves his daughters, Danielle Accuso (James) of Macomb, Michigan, and Daphne Teguis (Matthew) of Webster, his companion of 40 years Patricia A. Robbins of Worcester and her children Tracey Burdett (David), Todd Robbins (Leigh) and Tami Dumphy & Kevin. Grandchildren Angelina Accuso, Melina Teguis, Demi Teguis, Christine Robbins, Joshua & Samantha Burdett, Tanner, Matthew & Ryan Dumphy and a great grandson Logan Burdett. Bill leaves many friends that were family to him, especially Maria Alexandrov and her children Kayla, Jimmy, Jacqueline, Lauren & Taylor. His brother Joseph Dauksz and cousin Linda Thibeault, along with several nieces and nephews.

Bill was born in Bridgeport, CT. and predeceased by his parents Dominic and Elsie (Desautel) Dauksz, brother, David Dauksz, sister, Barbara Napierata.

Bill was a wastewater treatment operator at the Webster MA Wastewater Treatment Facility. He was a proud Army Veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in the 507th Transportation Company.

Bill was a hunter and collector of unique treasures. He was the one everyone went to for help with fixing things or borrowing tools. He loved his dog Willie. He was best known for his ability to capture an audience when he told a story.

A memorial service will be held on Friday April 17, 2026 from 10:30 am-noon at Rice Funeral Home 300 Park Ave, Worcester followed by a procession to St Joseph's Cemetery in Webster for burial and Military Honors.
