Theodore Stamuli Obituary

FRAMINGHAM – Theodore “Ted” Stamuli, 93, of Framingham, died Thursday, December 19, 2024, at home, surrounded by his loving family.

His wife of 48 years, Karen (Kimball) Stamuli, died in July, 2023.  He is survived by a son, Gregory T. and his wife Colleen Stamuli of Westborough; a daughter, Gina S. and her husband John Foody of Doylestown, PA; six grandchildren, Cailin, Teddy, and Charlie Stamuli, and Emma, Grace and Jack Foody; many nieces and nephews including his nephew Michael Verdy and his wife Dorrie of Millis, and his nephew Ron Chick of Framingham, as well as his large Kimball Family.   He was predeceased by his sister Mary Verdy and his niece Andrea Verdy Chick.  Ted was an Army veteran of the Korean War, and recipient of the Purple Heart award for his bravery and valor in combat.

Ted’s legacy reflects a life full of dedication, love, and service. His remarkable work ethic, demonstrated by over 47 years at Duralectra in Natick, speaks to his commitment and perseverance. Beyond his professional life, Ted cherished time with his family, creating lasting memories at the beaches of Cape Cod and Ogunquit, Maine, and joyfully playing with his children and grandchildren. His devotion extended deeply into his faith as well, where he was an active parishioner at the Albanian Orthodox church. Ted’s roles as a reader, choir director, and organizer of the church’s annual picnic demonstrated his unwavering devotion to the church.

Ted and Karen’s marriage was a beautiful reflection of mutual love and partnership. Their life together, filled with shared moments like watching Wheel of Fortune every evening and holding hands while spreading happiness to others, was a living example of what it means to walk through life side by side, with warmth and unity. They were the epitome of togetherness.
