Suzanne Hammond Obituary

WORCESTER – Suzanne (Lessard) Hammond, 63, of Acton. Born on March 27,1957 in Worcester, MA to Congetta (Arduca) and Adrian Lessard. She leaves behind a sister Pamela Howard and her husband Dave. She also leaves behind a son Scott Kittredge and his fiancée Jillian Hagerty, granddaughters Kaylee and Mckenna and grandson Connor; nieces Renee Parker and Christine Howard; nephews Russell Hultquist and David Howard. She was predeceased by a brother James Lessard.

Suzanne loved to crochet, make bead jewelry, bake / cook and just spend time with family and friends. She had an infectious personality and beautiful smile. She captured the hearts of everyone she came across.

She passed away peacefully on August 11, 2020 at Parsons Hill Rehabilitation Center, which she called “home” for the past month and a half. Her family would like to thank all the staff at Parsons Hill for all their care and compassion throughout her stay.

Celebration of her life will be held privately by the family. Arrangements are in the care of Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave.
