WORCESTER – Stephen A. Dumas, 35, of Worcester, died on Friday, November 4, 2022 at St. Vincent Hospital.

He leaves two sisters, Theresa Stone and her husband Ryan of Spencer and Rachel Dumas and her fiancé Peter Smith of Maine; nephews Tyler, Benjamin, Michael and Nathan Stone, Sydney Googins, Isaac and Peter Smith.  He also leaves behind his uncles Phillip Dumas and Russell Hardy and aunt Debra Pranaitis, as well as many cousins, and a close family friend, Barry Foss.  He was predeceased by his grandparents Edward and Ruth Dumas, and Frederick and Phyllis Hardy.  He was predeceased as well by aunts Mary Vail, Paula Vrba and Linda Hardy.  He was born in Worcester, son of the late Gregory L. and Marjorie (Hardy) Dumas.   He graduated from Old Orchard Beach High School in Maine.

Stephen worked at Dooley’s Dry Cleaning in Auburn.  He loved his friends, music, the beach, golfing, and his family.  He loved all New England sports, and he adored his nephews.

Funeral services will be private and in the care of Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park, Worcester.
