WORCESTER – Russell F. Gallagher, 75, of Worcester, died unexpectedly on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at home.

He leaves two sisters, Darlene Gallagher and Sandra Gallagher, both of Worcester. He also leaves several nieces and nephews. He was born in Worcester, son of Russell E. and Irene (Gelinas) Gallagher. He lived in Altoona, PA for many years.

Russell was in the Army National Guard.

Calling hours are Thursday, June 1, 2023 from 1:00 - 2:30 pm with a prayer service at 2:30 pm at Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave, Worcester.
