FRAMINGHAM – "Rubio" Elicer Ramirez, 66, of Framingham, died Sunday, January 19, 2025, at UMass Memorial – Marlborough Campus.
He leaves the love of his life, Teresa J. Acevedo of Hopkinton, his children, Diomedes Ventura, Ninito Ventura, Danielly Ventura, Evelyn Ventura, Jose Miguel Cordero, and Erika Acevedo; a brother, Elio Ventura, sisters Maria, Delmira, and Doris Ventura; many nieces and nephews, especially his special niece Josefina Ramirez; and seven grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother, Rigoberto Ventura. He was born in Puerto Rico, son of Laureano Ventura and Susana Liriano. He has lived here since 1988.
Elicer was a landscaper for Fasolino Landscape. Elicer was a kind, caring man who was an instant friend to everyone. He enjoyed sharing with friends, making people feel welcomed, fishing, dancing, and above all, being there for others.
A Funeral service will be held Monday, January 27, 2025 at 10:00 am at Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave, Worcester. Burial will follow in Hope Cemetery, Worcester. Calling hours are Sunday, January 26 from 1:00 – 4:00 pm at the funeral home.
