HOLDEN – Ronald C. Tibbetts Jr, 56, of Holden, died Friday, June 26, 2026 at home.

He leaves his wife, Tina Tibbetts of New Hampshire, two daughters, Ashley Tibbetts and her partner Joseph Garriepy of Danielson, CT, and Jessica Tibbetts of Putnam, CT; his parents, Ronald Tibbets Sr of Worcester and Donna McGrath of Holden; a brother, James “Jimmy” Tibbetts of Alabama; a sister, Kimberly Paine of Worcester; his brother-in-law and best fishing buddy Wayne Smith, his four grandchildren, Jorden and Jacob Garriepy and Nataleigh and Everly Rivera; many nieces and nephews, including Timmy, Elizabeth, Kaylie, Andrew, and Grace; and the boys in the band: Doug, Walter & Richie.  He was predeceased by his Stepdad James H. McGrath Jr.  He was born in Worcester, son of Ronald C. Tibbetts Sr and Donna L. (Wellington) McGrath.

Ronald was a painter for Phoenix Company Inc - Property Management in Worcester.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and being with his grandchildren.  He loved music, nature, and when no one else could fix it, Ronnie could!

A prayer service will be held on Wednesday, July 15 at 6:00 pm at Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave, Worcester.  A calling hour will be held from 5:00 to 6:00 pm before the prayer service at the funeral home.
