Rita L. (Robidou) Doucet

NORTHBRIDGE – Rita L. (Robidou) Doucet, 67, of Northbridge, died Monday, February 21, 2022 at UMass Memorial – University Campus, Worcester.

She leaves her husband of 40 years, James H. Doucet, Jr;  her sons; Joseph and his wife Kimberly Doucet of Uxbridge and Kurt Doucet of Douglas.  Rita is survived by her grandchildren Riley-Jean, Joseph James and Hannah, all of Uxbridge.  She leaves her sister Frances and her husband Jim Furness of Pittsfield and a sister-in-law Linda Robidou of Norton, and many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her brother Marty Robidou.  She was born in Worcester, daughter of Joseph N. and Elizabeth R. (Connor) Robidou.

Rita was a cashier at Stop & Shop in Grafton. She enjoyed being with her grandkids.

Funeral services will be private and in the care of Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave, Worcester.  In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to American Heart Association P.O. Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692.
