Richard W. Hogle Jr

WORCESTER – Richard W. Hogle Jr, 65, of Worcester, died Thursday, January 19, 2023 at St. Vincent Hospital. 

He leaves his wife, Janice (Hughes) Hogle; children George Hogle, Rachel Hogle, Richard Hogle III, Zack Hogle, Jessica Hogle, Nina Hogle and Tabatha Gremo; grandsons Jeffrey and Justin Hillman; sister Cindy (Hogle) Nygren and two brothers, Tim Hogle and Jim Hogle.  He was predeceased by his parents,  Richard W. Sr and Judith (Brown) Hogle.

Richard was born in Flint, Michigan, and has lived in Massachusetts since 1988. He worked for the Department of Developmental Services where he founded lasting relationships with his residents and coworkers. He enjoyed Michigan football, basketball, the Boston Red Sox and his loving dog, Vinnie.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday January 26, 2023 from 11-1 pm with prayers at noon at Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave, Worcester.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to VNA Care of Massachusetts (vnacare.org).
