WORCESTER – Miguel Angel Caraballo, 66, of Worcester, died Saturday, August 21, 2021 at home with his family by his side.
Miguel, son of God, strong in his faith and a member of Iglesia Cristiana La Hermosa with Pastor Juan José López. Miguel enjoyed singing gospel music, missionary work and motivational speaking. He was also a teacher and mentor to the New Challenge Program. More than anything he loved God, the Lord Savior Jesus Christ. He adored his wife Yolanda.
He leaves his wife, Yolanda Caraballo, his children, Miguel A. Caraballo Jr, Michael O. Caraballo, Karitza I. Caraballo, Sheila Carrion, Kiara Vanessa Caraballo, and Cynthia Dejesus; a brother, Otoniel Caraballo; two sisters, Nery Esther Caraballo and Nilda Caraballo; 10 grandchildren, Karina Lee Caraballo, Kiana Lee Caraballo, Michael Ventura, Miguel E. Caraballo, Ezra N. Colon, Alexia Mangra, Xavier Caraballo, Jayda Padilla, Andrew W. LaPlume Jr., and Suzanna M. LaPlume. He is predeceased by 5 brothers, Angel Edilo Caraballo, Sirvio Caraballo, Hector Manuel Caraballo, Victor Luis Caraballo, and José Almando Caraballo. He was born in Carolina, San Juan, Puerto Rico, son of Angel Rogelio Caraballo and Miguelina Figueroa.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, August 26 at 10:00 am at Iglesia Cristiana La Hermosa, 778 Main St, Worcester. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester. CALLING HOURS will be held Wednesday, August 25 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at IGLESIA CRISTIANA LA HERMOSA, 778 MAIN ST.
