WORCESTER – Michael T. ”Timmy” Curran, 65, of Worcester, died Thursday, November 18, 2021 at home following an illness.

He leaves his wife of 45 years, Debra F. (Waterson) Curran; two daughters, Brenda Waterson, and her significant other Ed Higbie of Worcester, and Jodi Waterson Aronowicz of Worcester, a  previous son in law Daren Aronowicz of Worcester; a sister Suzanne Carow of Devens;  grandchildren Kristina Waterson, her fiancé Zachary Kirdulis, Aleshia Waterson, Nakota Higbie, and Anthony Aronowicz; great-grandaughters Alivia Kirdulis and Viviana Friend; and several nephews.  He was born in Worcester, son of Timothy P. and Margaret L. (Fleming) Curran. He graduated from South High School.

Michael was a warehouse manager at Empire Warehouse Furniture Company in Worcester for many years. He retired from UMass Memorial Healthcare’s Maintenance Department (Hahnemann Campus) in 2011 due to his Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia. He enjoyed spending time with his family members, going on long Sunday road trips, family dinners, always lending a helping hand when in need. He loved his New England Patriots, Boston Bruins, and the Red Sox. He had a passion for cars, always looked forward to the next car show, and his monthly subscription of Motor Trend. He loved his beloved pets who were his fur babies Kevin, Noni, Peter My Boy, and his other two fur babies Sally and Gizmo who are waiting for him at the Rainbow Bridge.

A very special heartfelt Thank You to Dr. Tony Samaha who over the years of treating Michael became his confidante, and most trusted friend, Enid for her unconditional emotional support, and the staff of Reliant Healthcare.
