WORCESTER – Marjeta Asko, 58, of Worcester, died Friday, August 25, 2023 at UMass Memorial – University Campus.
She leaves her husband of 35 years, Rodolf Asko, a son, Alexander Asko and his wife Valbona of Worcester, a daughter, Katerina Asko and her husband William Pacheco of Worcester, a brother Vladimir, three sisters, Valentina, Luta, and Mirela; four grandsons, Alesio, Angelo, Matias, and Gabriel; many nieces and nephews. She was born in Maliq, Korce, Albania, daughter of Fajk and Urma (Rezhda) Gurra. She has lived here for the last 20 years.
Marjeta was a counter clerk at Dunkin’ Donuts. She enjoyed having all her grandkids around everyday and to cook for everyone in the family.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, September 1, 2023 at Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave. Burial will follow in Hope Cemetery, section 115. A calling hour will be held Friday, September 1 from 10:00 – 11:00 am at the funeral home.
