Luis Torres Obituary

WORCESTER – Luis G. Torres, 54, of Worcester, died Saturday, April 10, 2021 at UMass Memorial – University Campus after a long illness.

He leaves a son, Luis Y. Torres of New Hampshire; his mother, Clotilde Quiles of Worcester; a brother, Carlos Torres of Florida; a sister, Mayra Torres of Las Vegas, NV; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Luis G. Torres and two brothers, Alberto and José Torres. He was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico and has lived here since 2011.

Luis worked in auto repair as a mechanic, specializing in electronics. He was always happy. He was kind. He had no worries. He loved his nephews.

Calling hours will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave. Burial will be private.
