WORCESTER – Lisa A. (Loverro) Mongeau, 63, of Worcester, died Monday, March 10, 2025 at St. Vincent Hospital, after a very recent cancer diagnosis.
She leaves her husband of 20 years, Timothy J. Mongeau; her children, Samantha Comptois of Worcester, Nicholas Comptois and his wife Tabitha of Worcester, Eric Comptois and his wife Amber of Connecticut, and Ariana Mongeau of Worcester; her siblings, Joann Quitadamo of Millbury, Lucy Loverro of Millbury, Kathy Loverro of Worcester, and Anthony Loverro of Worcester; her grandchildren, Hailey, Sierra , Vinny, Allieann, Melanie, McKayla, Kileigh, and Danny; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers Micheal Loverro and Albert Loverro. She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Albert and Irene (Jason) Loverro and lived here all her life. She graduated from North High School.
Lisa was a food service supervisor, most recently at Christopher House in Worcester. She previously worked at Saint Francis Home in Worcester for 25 years. She enjoyed cooking and baking, the beach and her time spent with friends and family.
Calling hours will be held Thursday March 13, 2025 from 4:00 -7:00 pm at Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave, Worcester. Burial will be held privately at a later date in St. John’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
