WORCESTER – Leocadio Portillo Sanchez, 71, of Worcester, died Friday, May 8, 2020 at UMass Memorial – University Campus.

He leaves two sisters in Texas, Victoria and Theresa Portillo; a brother in El Salvador, Julian Portillo; his Portillo Sanchez family in Worcester, including Miguel Sanchez. He was born in Cuscatlan, El Salvador, son of Agustin Portillo and Felicita Sanchez.

Leocadio was a hard-working man. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was known to give great advice as well as helping people around him. Making people laugh with his stories and conversations was very important to him.

Funeral services will be private. Arrangements are in the care of Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave, Worcester.
