June A. (Decasse) Collin

WORCESTER - June (Decasse) Collin, 68, of Worcester, died Friday March 11, 2022 at UMass Memorial, University Campus.

She was born in Woonsocket, RI and grew up in Bellingham, MA but lived in Worcester, MA most of her life. She was the daughter of the late Anthony O. and Yvette C. (Lavigne) Decasse, sister to Nelson A. Decasse and his wife Carolyn of North Smithfield, RI, Jocelyn R. Cryer of Tampa, FL, Normand R. Decasse and his wife Jovy of Blackstone, MA, Neil J. Decasse and his wife Mary of Woonsocket, RI, and Nathan E. Decasse and his wife Robin of Bellingham, MA. Mother of Dawn Marie Hartley (deceased) of Worcester, MA and Shawn Hartley and his partner Nancy Chestna of Worcester, MA, and grandmother to Seth M. Hartley, Woonsocket, RI.

June was free spirited and an avid karaoke buff that loved to sing. She also enjoyed doing arts and crafts, making wreaths for all occasions.  She served in the U.S. Army Reserves.

A Memorial service will be held on Sunday June 26, 2022 from 12-3 pm at Colt State Park Shelter 3 at Hope Street, Bristol. RI 02809 .
