Joy V. (Kontny) McNeill

“A little Love goes a long way, a Lot of Love can save a life”

Joy V. McNeill gained her wings Friday, March 7, 2025 at the age of 44.  Joy was a Worcester native and resident of Spencer.  Her love for others knew no limits.  She was a beautiful soul who was not only generous in life, but also in death as an organ donor.  She enjoyed being social, going to the lake, and having game night with family.  Her radiant smile was always warm and welcoming.

Although Joy is no longer here, we know we will see her again down the road. 

Joy is survived by her children, Willow Alyson Rose McNeill, Skye Dawn Marie McNeill, William Charles McNeill III, Charlie Andreyah McNeill, Andreyah Charlie Mcneill, Kyanah Ah’myah McNeill and Sarai Diane Nadine Nergararian; grandchildren Treyvon Jerielle Rosado and Braydon John Nergararian; her beloved uncle William Paige, aunt Jerilyn Paige, and cousins Alyson Paige and Emily Paige; her father-in-law William Charles McNeill Sr; and her husband, Tupac William McNeill; many more family and friends. 

Preceded in death by her mother, Dawn M. (Kontny) Massicotte and grandmother Barbara (Mum) Foy. Joys Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, March 22, 2025 from 10:30-2 at Trilife Church, 166 Holden St, Worcester.
