WORCESTER – Jose I. Albino, 70, of Worcester, died Saturday, November 22, 2025 at UMass Memorial, University Campus.

He leaves his wife of 52 years, Catherine “Cathy” (Murphy) Albino, a son , Kevin Albino of Worcester, four brothers, Nelson Albino of Worcester, Carlos Albino and his wife Jennifer of Worcester, Blas Albino of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and Francisco Albino and his wife Bonnie of Worcester; a sister, Carmen Albino of Worcester; many nieces and nephews; and his best friend, Miguel Leiba of Worcester.  He was predeceased by a son, Joseph Albino, two brothers, Raul Albino and Angel Albino, and a sister, Rosa Nunez.  He was born in Corozal, Puerto Rico, son of Blas and Juana Quiles Albino and has lived here since 1968.

Jose was a groundskeeper at Harr Toyota in Worcester.  He enjoyed cooking, fishing and being with his family.  He was a dedicated worker and well appreciated at Harr Toyota, O’Reilly Auto Parts and TJ Maxx. 

Calling hours will be held Wednesday, November 26, 2025 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave, Worcester.
