WORCESTER - Jennifer Rae (Carter) Dias, 66, died Saturday, April 18, 2020 at UMass Memorial – University Campus.
She leaves three children, Dorianne Dias and her husband Sakarin Koonopakarn of Arkansas, Kealey Dias and her husband Louis Pederson of New York, and Keaton Dias and his wife Rose of New York; seven grandchildren, Fiona Lorranie Donovan, Sterling Carter Dias-Koonopakarn, Satyana Darling Dias-Koonopakarn, Savion Charles Dias-Koonopakarn, Sakari Dharma Dias-Koonopakarn, Leah Noelle Dias, and Xavier James Dias; a brother, Charles Carter Jr and his wife Annette of Florida. She was born in Houston, Texas, daughter of Charles H. and Elaine Ida (Belssner) Carter. She has lived in Worcester the last five years.
Jennifer was a pharmaceutical writer for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. She was a military brat. She lived many places including Turkey, Arkansas and New York State. She enjoyed photography and meteorology and following earthquakes. She loved her dog Freckles.
Funeral services will be private. A service and burial will be held at a later date in Peotone, Illinois. Arrangements are in the care of Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave, Worcester.
