BOYLSTON – Ina Marion Noyes, 87, of Boylston, died Sunday, November 28, 2021 at UMass Memorial – University Campus.

She leaves two daughters, Valerie Palmer of Boylston and Loretta Almaraz of California; a son Frederick Brown of Iowa; her siblings, Norris Noyes of Burlington, Gary Noyes of Waltham, and Dixie Noyes; her grandchildren, James Carson, Kimberly Schakel, Timothy Brown, Jared Palmer, and Jacob Almaraz, along with her 3 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by a daughter, Diana Carson. She was born in Topsfield, Maine, daughter of Verne B. and Gladys M. (Bean) Noyes and graduated from Shrewsbury High School. 

Ina was a nursing assistant in Braymore Nursing Home in Marlboro. She loved to laugh and tell jokes and wasn’t afraid of a little curse word here and there. She was an avid reader and loved trading books with friends and relatives and talking about different stories she had read.

No services will be held at this time. She will be interred in a biodegradable urn planted beneath a flowering tree in Maine.  Arrangements are in the care of Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave, Worcester.
