WORCESTER – Hector R. Soto (Tio Pichi), 69, of Worcester, died Monday, September 20, 2021 at UMass Memorial – University Campus, after an illness.

He leaves behind two sisters, Gloria (Soto) Riley of Worcester MA and Yolanda Soto of Providence, Rhode Island; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Francisco Arturo Soto. He was born in Tiquisate, Guatemala, son of the late Francisco and Jesus (Solares) Soto. He has lived in Worcester for many years.

Hector loved watching TV, especially soccer while drinking a good beer, and cookouts with family.

Funeral services will be private. Arrangements are in the care of care of Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave, Worcester.
