George V. LaBossiere, 83, of Anna Maria Rest Home, 1398 Main St., formerly of Austin Street, died Friday night in St. Vincent Hospital.


He leaves a sister, Corinne F. Dunham of Worcester; a nephew, Donald T. Dunham of Charlton; and a niece, Janet Russell of Middlebury, Vt.  He was born in Worcester, son of George P. and Marie A. (Surprenant) LaBossiere, and lived here all his life.


He was a weaver at the former Lusignan Textile Co. in Northbridge. He later worked at the former Bell Co., retiring about 18 years ago.


Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow in Notre Dame Cemetery. The Rev. Norman R. Jalbert will officiate.  There are no calling hours.  Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave., is directing arrangements.
