WORCESTER - David Zukauskas, 69, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, faith, and service.
Born on July 20, 1956, he was the beloved husband of Debra Zukauskas, with whom he shared 44 years of marriage. He was a devoted father to David Zukauskas Jr. and his wife, Jessica Lefrancois; Bryan Zukauskas; and Pamela da Silva and her husband, Welton da Silva. He was also a loving grandfather to James, Evelyn, Alice, and Noelle.
David was an active member of Liberty Church, where he served as director of the security team. He also volunteered with the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) in Auburn, Massachusetts. He enjoyed air shows and camping. David was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and a man who gave so much of himself to others. His kindness and strength touched many lives. David will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his faith, and his community, and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
A Funeral service will be held Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 11:00 am at Liberty Church, 495 Hartford Tpke, Shrewsbury. Calling hours AT THE CHURCH will be held from 10:00 – 11:00 am. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester. Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave, Worcester, is assisting the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Liberty Church Missions in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts.
