Obituary

WORCESTER – Carlos H. Heredia, 71, of Worcester, died Friday, June 30, 2023 at UMass Memorial – University Campus.

He leaves a daughter, Karina Heredia-Rodriguez, daughter-in-law Davielle Drayton, and a granddaughter, Anais-Sky Heredia-Rodriguez of Georgia. A son, Humberto Heredia, daughter-in-law Josie Heredia , and grandson Luca Heredia, of Massachusetts; and his former wife, Ana Rodriguez. He was predeceased by a daughter, Karla Heredia-Rodriguez. He was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, son of Humberto Heredia and Estela Diaz-Heredia.

Carlos was a Shipping and receiving clerk at Liz Claiborne in New Jersey. Carlos was an inventor who lived to keep his hands busy while enjoying his favorite sports of baseball, tennis, football, and soccer. Was always willing to make people laugh and happy to lend a helping hand.

Funeral services will be private and in the care of Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave, Worcester.
