Astrid A. "Pat" (Williamson) LaFontaine, 56, of 25 Trent Road, died Saturday in the Medical Center of Central Massachusetts - Hahnemann.

She leaves her husband, Louis G. LaFontaine; two sons, William J. LaFontaine of Sandwich, and Kenneth A. LaFontaine of St. Cloud, Fla.; two brothers, Sven Williamson Jr. and Arthur Williamson, both of Worcester; a sister, Mary Williamson of of Worcester; and three grandchildren.  Born in Worcester, she was a daughter of Sven and Anna M. (Fernburg) Williamson, and had lived here all her life.

Mrs. LaFontaine was a home health aide for the Visting Nurse Association of Central Massachusetts for 10 years, retiring two years ago.  She was a graduate of Worcester Fanning Trade School.

Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. tomorrow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. The Rev. H. Allen Tadgell Jr. will officiate. There are no calling hours.  The family requests that flowers be omitted. Memorial contributions may be made instead to the Visiting Nurse Association of Central Massachusetts Inc., 120 Thomas St., Worcester, 01608.  Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave., is directing arrangements.
