Amber S. King Obituary
With profound sorrow, we announce the passing of Amber King on July 3, 2024. Amber was born on August 16, 1994, and her 29 years were marked by an infectious joy and zest for life that touched everyone she met.
Amber is survived by her mother, Heather King; her father, Scott King; her sister, Ashley King; her brother, Noah King; and her grandmother, Susan Dumais. She especially treasured the one-on-one moments she shared with her mother, where they connected deeply, bonded, and had fun together. These special times were filled with laughter, heartfelt conversations, and the creation of countless cherished memories.
Amber’s bright and cheerful nature made her a magnet for friendships. She thrived in the company of others who shared her enthusiasm and passions. Whether it was through her engaging conversations, her infectious laughter, or her genuine interest in others, Amber had an incredible ability to make people feel special and appreciated. Her kindness knew no bounds, and her playful spirit and intelligence made her a delight to be around.
Amber had a deep love for animals, especially her dog, Rusty. The bond she shared with Rusty was a testament to her compassionate and loving nature. Her home was always filled with the warmth of her laughter, the sound of Rusty’s playful barks, and the joy she found in the simple pleasures of life, such as long walks in the park and cozy nights at home.
Amber was always striving to be more positive and to better herself. Though she wasn’t always successful, she continually sought to improve and wanted more for herself. Her determination to make meaningful changes in her life was inspiring, and her journey of self-improvement motivated those around her to pursue their own personal growth.
While Amber’s presence will be deeply missed, her spirit and the memories she created will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Her legacy is one of love, joy, and a life lived to the fullest.
Funeral services will be private and in the care of Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave, Worcester. The family appreciates all the support and love they have received during this difficult time. They ask that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Amber’s name to a local animal shelter, reflecting her deep love for animals.
