Timothy Edward Young

WORCESTER – Timothy Edward Young, 58, of Worcester, formerly of Rhode Island, died Saturday, December 2, 2017 at home.

He leaves two daughters, Trina and Melissa Young, both of Rhode Island; four siblings, Dorothy Sullivan of Florida, Robert Young and Edward Young, both of Michigan, and Angel Trusell of Florida; two grandchildren; nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by a sister, Margaret Atkins.  He was born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, son of Joseph J. and Minnie I. (Murchie) Young. 

Tim was a maintenance worker for the Crossroads Homeless Shelter in Providence, RI.  He was a U.S. Army veteran.  He was happily living independently after being assisted in his life’s journey through Veterans Inc.  Tim loved college football, sports, fishing, and going to flea markets and car shows.

A funeral service will be held privately.
