Peter Lee Thomas

WORCESTER – Peter Lee Thomas, 54, of Worcester died Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at Rose Monahan Hospice, Judith Rd, Worcester.

He is survived by his sons, Peter L. Thomas of New York and Jovanni L. Thomas of Worcester; his daughter, Samanthia Rosemarie Thomas; and two brothers in Jamaica.  He also leaves behind the mother of his son and full time caretaker, Gloria Gardner of Worcester and her daughters, Annmarie Gentles of Worcester, Rosemarie Lewis of Worcester, Christina Gardner of Worcester, and her son Junior Gardner of Worcester; and several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles and numerous friends.  He was born in St. Andrew, Jamaica and has lived here for the past 20 years.

Peter was a driver for a moving company.  In Jamaica he served in the military following his schooling.

The family would like to express their gratitude for the excellent care and compassion of the VNA staff at Rose Monahan Hospice.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at 7:00 pm at Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave, Worcester.   A calling hour will be held before the service from 6:00 – 7:00 pm.
