Juliette Y. (Lamoureux) Belisle

WORCESTER – Juliette Y. “Julie” (Lamoureux) Belisle, 95, of Millbury, died Thursday, July 6, 2017 at Care One Millbury.

Her husband, Jean Paul “John” Belisle, died in 1992.  She leaves three daughters, Michele T. Belisle of Auburn, Lise M. Magnuson of Millbury, and Claudette A. Belair and her husband Stevan of Millbury, two sisters-in-law, Elaine Lamoureux of Spencer and Germaine “Gerry” Seibold of Worcester, five grandchildren, Julie and her husband Stephen Melito, Michael Sullivan and his partner Jennifer Paquette, Danielle and her husband William Wence, Nicole Belair, and Michele and her husband Christopher Gaudreau; 7 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her brother Robert D. Lamoureux and a son-in-law, Craig Magnuson.   She was born in Spencer, daughter of Donat J. and Yvonne M. (Comeau) Lamoureux and lived in Worcester for many years.

Julie was a daily communicant at St. Joan of Arc Church.  She was also a Eucharistic Minister and volunteered endlessly for the church.  She was previously a member of Jeanne Mance.  She was an avid traveler with her daughter Michele. Julie's family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Care One in Millbury.

The funeral will be held Tuesday, July 11, 2017 from Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave, Worcester, with a Mass at 11:00 am in St. Joan of Arc Church, 570 Lincoln St, Worcester.  Burial will follow in Mary Queen of the Rosary Cemetery, Spencer.  Calling hours are 5-7 pm on Monday, July 10 at the funeral home.  Donations may be made to St. Joan of Arc Church Parish Needs Fund.
