Joseph C. Turgeon

WORCESTER – Joseph C. Turgeon, 88, of Worcester, formerly of Spencer, died Monday, January 13, 2020 at St. Francis Home, 101 Plantation St, Worcester.

His beloved wife, Claire I. (Laperle) Turgeon, died in 2010.  He leaves several cousins, nephews and friends.  He was born in Lowell, MA, son of Jerome and Cecile (Trudell) Turgeon. 

Joseph owned and operated Eastern Sealcoating in Worcester for many years.  He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. 

A funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at St. Columba Parish, 10 Richards Ave, Paxton.  Burial with military honors will follow at Mooreland Cemetery, 261 Richards Ave, Paxton.  There are no calling hours.  Arrangements are in the care of Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave, Worcester.
