Donika (Mansaku) Cutra

WORCESTER – Donika (Mansaku) Cutra, 78, of Worcester died Thursday, April 20, 2017 at Odd Fellows Home, 104 Randolph Road, surrounded by her loving family.

Her husband of 41 years, Fuat Cutra, died in 2001.  She leaves a son, Sokol Cutra and his wife Eva of Worcester; two daughters, Lindita Palikuqi and her husband Ilir of Toronto, Canada and Enkeleda Zoto and her husband Fredi of Brooklyn , NY; a brother Ibrahim Mansaku and his wife Yllka of Hartford, CT; three sisters, Liliana Vuciterni of Italy, Gjnovefa Tafaruci and her husband Muharrem of Albania, and Qefsere Sallaku of Italy; five grandchildren, Brisa Palikuqi, Ajk Palikuqi, Viola Zoto, Livia Cutra, and Kevin Cutra; many nieces and nephews.  She was born in Shijak, Albania, daughter of Mahmut and Nazire (Deliallisi) Mansaku and has lived here since 2010. 

Donika worked as a tailor making handmade gloves in Albania. She was a talented cook and enjoyed singing. She was a very hard worker. Donika was a very dedicated mother. She was wonderful with her children and grandchildren. She had a big heart and was very generous. She will be missed and remembered with love.

Calling hours will be held at Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave, Worcester both Friday, April 21, 2017 from 6:00 - 8:00pm and Saturday April 22, 2017 from 11:00am - noon prior to leaving in procession for Hope Cemetery.  Following the burial there will be a gathering at Caffe Espresso Trattoria, 395 Chandler St, Worcester, to continue the celebration of Donika's life.
