Donald was born in Memramcook, New Brunswick Canada, the son of Eugene A. LeBlanc and Delphine E. (Richard) LeBlanc.
Donald moved to Waltham, MA with his parents at the age of 18. He married Claire, the love of his life, in 1964. Together they had four children which were the joy of his life. Family meant everything to him. He started work as a mason and then went on to get his construction supervisor’s license. He built and rehabbed many houses in Northborough and the surrounding towns with his sons by his side. Donald took extreme pride in the quality of his work. Donald was an avid reader and always enjoyed a heated battle of Jeopardy with his daughter Kim. He also enjoyed NASCAR, being a former driver himself and could be found at many local racetracks either as a spectator or working on the several different cars he owned with his son Brett by his side. Donald had a love for all animals, and the many dogs he has owned.
His battles with medical issues in recent years showed his strength and courage. He faced these challenges with a smile on his face. Despite his pain he stayed strong and fought until the end. He will be missed dearly and will always be remembered by his family as the man who made the impossible possible.
