LouAnn (Ricker) Hollm

RUTLAND – LouAnn Hollm, 63, of Rutland, died Friday, July 7, 2017 at UMass Memorial, Lake Ave, Worcester.

She leaves her husband, Harvey S. Hollm; two sons, Christopher Rogowski and his wife Kimberly Calkins of Seattle, WA, and John Paul Rogowski of Worcester; three brothers, George Ricker, Scott Ricker and Michael Lucus; two sisters, Rose Hall and Lisa Mitchell; nine grandchildren (with two more on the way), many nieces and nephews, and close friends Malan and Larry Cannon.  She was predeceased by her son Thomas Ricker, hers brothers Gary Ricker, Guy Ricker, and Marty Ricker and a sister Ruth Franciosa.   She was born in West Springfield, MA, daughter of George L. Ricker, Sr. and Martha Lou (Sherman) Ricker.  She previously lived in Holden and Barre.

LouAnn worked as Machine Technician for a Semiconductor Manufacturing Company in Worcester, MA until her Medical Retirement.  She loved camping, her family and grandchildren, being outdoors, flowers, and the ocean.  She also loved Smurfs and her friends at Witch Meadow Campground in Connecticut.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday July 15th, 2017 from 11:00am-3:30pm at the Witch Meadow Lake Campground, 139 Witch Meadow Rd, Salem, CT 06420. An additional service will be planned at the Rutland Senior Center for those who cannot attend Saturday, with a date and time to be announced.   There are no calling hours.  Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave, Worcester, is in care of arrangements.
